This Wednesday, June 25, join the second test session for Blast's upcoming gameplay.

Phase 02: More content, more fun, more Blast.

The second phase of Blast’s testing is about to begin. This time, it’s not just about discovering the game but testing the new features added since the first phase.

One step closer to the final version, with the same goal as always: gathering your feedback on the core gameplay in a more refined environment.

This version remains focused on the heart of the experience, but new mechanics, balancing, and visual adjustments have now been integrated. Other secondary elements (menus, effects, animations) will be added in future phases.

After this testing phase, you’ll receive a form via email to share your feedback. It’ll be your chance to tell us:

✅ What you would improve

A dedicated Discord channel will also be opened for testers to freely exchange and share their feedback.

How to register for Phase 02?

This session is only accessible to players meeting certain criteria:

Have a validated KYC account
Own a Mint Pass on one of the accounts associated with this KYC

Only one account per user will be selected (the one with the highest level).

An email will then be sent to the address associated with the selected account.

What you’ll receive on June 25:

An email will be sent to you, containing:

Your unique access code for the Epic Games version (1 code = 1 account)
Download links for the App Store and Play Store
Access to a dedicated testing environment
All cards from all collections unlocked on your test account

Exclusive Reward:

By playing at least five duels (custom or ranked) during the session, you will unlock a special card on your test account:

Palmer - The Transcended (Alternate Version / Flex - ID: 1020310008002)

This card will be automatically airdropped to your live account at the end of Playtest 02, on June 30, 2025.

The grade is random (1% S, 7% A, 22% B, 70% C), as is the foil (10%).

The numbering of this card is scheduled for July 7, 2025, at 8:00 AM UTC.

The Rules of the New Gameplay

What’s changing in this new version

New Features - Phase 02 - Blast

2 New Blasts added: Hack and Gravitational Wave
Energy: +500 points each turn
The first card played in the first turn is immune to captures.
The duration of field cards is now fixed at 3 turns.
Mix 3 different Blast levels for your deck.
A new way to edit your deck!
Cards are displayed without borders to emphasize control takeover.
Addition of sounds and background music in the game.
Addition of a textual value showing lost HP next to the avatar when dealing damage.
Ability to view the opponent’s Blast descriptions by clicking on their energy bar.
Spectator mode is available again in custom mode.

During this new test session, your mission remains the same: face other players and reduce their health points to zero. But this time, you’ll be able to test all the Blasts, these special attacks that can completely turn the tide of a duel.

After Arkhante and Mantris, introduced in the first phase, the two final Blasts are now activated:

Rift: Gravitational Wave
Watch Dogs: Hack

This Phase 2 is the perfect opportunity to compare, combine, and understand the strategies unique to each Blast. Will you find the one that best suits your playstyle?
