We are proud to boast a Gender Equality Index of 87/100. This rate illustrates the positive results of the actions taken by Human Resources to promote professional equality within Cross the Ages. Our proactive policy in this area is bearing fruit. However, the underrepresentation of women in our development teams is a weakness that we aim to address through our HR policy.
