We prefer applications that wish to work in our office in Marseille. 

Each job description describes the experience needed. 

Referrals can help, but a candidate’s capabilities ultimately determine whether we move forward with interviews or not.

  1. Thanks for your application: Submit an application with a CV, a cover letter and a porte-folio. Cover letters are a good way to explain who you are, why you want to work at CTA in your specific role, and give a glimpse of your personality. Within days, we will come back to you, whether it is positive or negative. 
  2. Recruiter call: If we think we could be a good fit, we will set up a call together. We will provide more information about the job and it’s a chance to get to know you a little bit more. 
  3. Skill test : Depending on what role you apply for, we can ask you to test your skills. It is an opportunity to impress us.
  4. In person interview : This is your chance to show us who you deeply are and what you love to do. You will also have a better idea if you want to work with us by having a closer look at CTA’s daily life. 
  5. Time to shine : You have been recruited, show us all you’ve got !
